As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your daily tasks will include visiting clients, negotiating deals, and providing top-notch customer support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali's key markets, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Visit clients regularly to provide excellent customer support and address any concerns.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that our products and services meet client requirements.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction and building materials market in Bali.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
