Lead and manage a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching.,Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.,Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.,Monitor and analyze client performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical account management.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our account management processes and tools.,Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in technical account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong understanding of fintech, payment processing, or related industries.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Experience with CRM systems and salesforce.com is a plus.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
