As an ETCH Equipment Maintenance Technician at Renesas Electronics, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and implement process improvements. You will be using advanced diagnostic tools and software, such as SECS/GEM, to monitor and control our ETCH equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ETCH equipment, including photoresist strippers, plasma etchers, and wet etchers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance using SECS/GEM and other diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained according to specifications.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment maintenance and repair procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, with a focus on ETCH equipment.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including photolithography, etching, and deposition.
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM and other semiconductor equipment diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with photoresist strippers, plasma etchers, and wet etchers is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations within Bali.
