📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate stock management.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings to build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail stores and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
