📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing intelligence strategies to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and deploy IoT and AI solutions to monitor and optimize production processes.
• Leverage predictive analytics to forecast equipment failures and maintenance needs, reducing downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decision-making processes.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of manufacturing intelligence initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the manufacturing intelligence team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing intelligence, with a proven track record in driving digital transformation.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related fields.
• Proficiency in manufacturing intelligence tools such as SAP, MES, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with IoT, AI, and predictive analytics technologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
