📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Ensure that all warehouse equipment is maintained and operational.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and compliance regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and warehouse management software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
