📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Sulawesi Selatan.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
