📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert pharmaceutical care and support to patients,Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians,Monitor and manage medication therapy for patients,Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in using pharmacy software and technology,Valid pharmacy license and certification
