📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in a similar role within a healthcare facility is preferred.
