Miki Indonesia is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store on Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.,This is a full-time position based in Serpong, Banten. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the online store on Shopee and TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.,Work with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.,Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.,Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the e-commerce department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms and best practices for running an online store.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
