In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the commercial segment. You will work closely with our distribution partners and customers to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and customers.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the FMCG or oil industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in working with distribution partners and customers is a plus.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools is a plus.
