As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Previous experience in a similar role in Bali is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
