📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
