Bit Diamond Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team in Batang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.,Handle administrative tasks related to operations, including scheduling and record-keeping.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new operational systems and processes.,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
