📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of software applications from conception to completion.,Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies.,Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation.,Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.,Familiarity with software development tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
