📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily sales counter operations, including cash handling and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by promoting products and offering tailored solutions to customers.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
