Nest Star Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for people development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Leadership and problem-solving skills.
