Junior Team Leader

IRIS Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Team Leader to join our growing team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and motivated.
• Develop and implement training programs to help your team members improve their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in team leadership and management.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and other company events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership and management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of team building and conflict resolution techniques.
• Ability to work well in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
