📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, and fillings for pastries.,Decorate pastries and desserts to meet customer specifications and company standards.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety regulations.,Assist in the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management and ordering.,Work with the team to ensure that all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest standards.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the culinary industry.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
