📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support business leaders in developing and implementing talent strategies.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Organize and facilitate training and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or similar role.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, SuccessFactors, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
