📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
