PT Restu Duta is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, combining office and field work, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available and in good condition when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs where possible.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
