📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and management of the department,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
