📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mobile marketing strategies to promote our vehicle financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
• Engage with potential customers through phone calls, SMS, and social media to promote our financial products.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial proposals to potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and marketing activities.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on marketing campaign performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobile marketing and digital marketing tools such as WhatsApp Business, SMS, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial products and vehicle financing solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Certification in credit marketing or a related field is a plus.
