Base Food Mandiri is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about maritime operations and committed to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vessels.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, including the management of crew, maintenance of equipment, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and passenger safety.
  • Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring they are properly trained and qualified for their roles.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of the vessel's equipment and systems.
  • Comply with all relevant maritime regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics.
  • Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during operations.
  • Ensure the vessel is properly documented and compliant with all relevant certificates and permits.
  • Participate in crew training and development programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master's Marine License (MML) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in operating and managing vessels in the Nusa Dua, Bali area.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cargo handling and passenger safety procedures.
  • Experience with vessel maintenance and equipment inspections.
