📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and contribute to the overall success of PT Nusantara Property.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Represent PT Nusantara Property at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and regulations in Sumatera Utara.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
