Asia Energy is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Ciputat, Banten. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing event logistics.,Prepare and present food and beverages according to event menus and client requirements.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are covered and that the event runs according to schedule.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during an event, ensuring minimal disruption to the event experience.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to banquet events, including guest lists and event feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or event staff role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.,Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
