📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the retail store inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement in sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Assist in organizing and executing retail promotions and events to boost sales and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Support the retail manager in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.,Proficient in using basic retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Previous experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail industry is a bonus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in the retail industry.
