📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide operational support to the management team, including data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational or management role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
