As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and affiliate management platforms such as ShareASale and CJ Affiliate. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
• Manage end-to-end affiliate programs, including onboarding, nurturing, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement data-driven campaigns.
• Leverage affiliate management platforms such as ShareASale and CJ Affiliate to track and analyze performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of affiliate campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to ensure mutual success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with affiliate management platforms such as ShareASale and CJ Affiliate.
