📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records and reports.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and customer service is a plus.
