📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
