📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop appropriate learning materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet departmental needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
