📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Reviewing financial statements, transactions, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify audit risks.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on audit-related matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software is a plus.
