📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deploy and configure medical imaging systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical IT systems, working closely with healthcare providers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver medical IT implementation projects.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and industry best practices.
• Document technical processes, create user manuals, and provide training to end-users.
• Participate in on-site and remote technical support, ensuring minimal downtime for healthcare facilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in medical IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical IT implementation and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging standards such as DICOM and HL7.
• Familiarity with Fujifilm's medical imaging software and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in medical imaging technology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.
