As a Facility & Health Safety Coordinator, you'll be responsible for maintaining our facilities, implementing and monitoring OHS policies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in facility management, OHS, and a passion for creating a safe and productive workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Implement and monitor OHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades, renovations, and major projects.
• Train and supervise facility staff on maintenance tasks, safety protocols, and OHS procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility and safety documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and training records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and address any facility-related issues promptly.
• Participate in emergency response drills and ensure all staff are prepared for any potential safety incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management and OHS, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
• Certification in OHS (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for OHS and facility management.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
